Return & Exchange Policy

At Swanky B Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange on eligible items.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase date.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, stains, or pet hair
  • Be returned in original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Store Credit Only

Swanky B Boutique does not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Approved returns will receive:

  • Store credit
  • Exchange for another item
  • Digital gift card credit (for online orders)

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale & clearance items
  • Mystery boxes
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry & accessories
  • Handbags
  • Sunglasses
  • Cosmetics & beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Holiday or seasonal merchandise

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Online Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Swanky B Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days with receipt and tags attached.

No cash refunds will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

Local Pickup Orders

Local pickup orders must be picked up within 14 days unless other arrangements have been made.
